Terms of Service
Pebble Swing is an AI golf swing analysis service. Using it means you accept the terms below. They are short, and worth reading to the end.
1. The service
You give Pebble Swing one golf swing video in your browser. Pebble Swing finds the swing on your device, cuts out the key frames, and sends those frames and the measurements taken from them to an AI model, which produces a coaching report: a score for each part of the swing, your tempo, your main faults, and drills to work on. The video itself is never uploaded.
2. Reports are estimates
A report is an AI estimate made from a single-camera video. Angle measurements can be off by 5 to 10 degrees in either direction, and distance and ball speed are estimated ranges rather than radar readings. A report is not medical advice and does not replace in-person instruction from a qualified coach. Work within your limits when following any drill; if you are in discomfort, or carrying an existing injury, speak to a doctor or a professional coach first. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pebble Swing is not liable for harm arising from practising on the basis of a report.
3. Accounts
An account needs a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. The account is for your own use, so keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend an account being used to abuse the service — automated abuse, or attempts at unauthorised access, for example.
4. Purchases and analysis credits
- An analysis pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no expiry date.
- Bought while signed in, credits are held on your account and work on every device. Bought signed out, they are tied to the browser you bought them in.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Pebble Swing never handles or stores your card number.
- An analysis that fails because of a server error does not use a credit.
5. Refunds
A pack you have not used at all is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once any analysis from a pack has been used, that pack is not refundable and is not refunded pro rata. To request a refund, email samueltoyu@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, or your Stripe receipt number. We deal with refund requests within 7 working days.
6. Changes to the service
We may change features, change prices, or suspend the service. Credits you have already bought and not used are not affected by a price change. When these terms change we update the effective date on this page, and material changes are announced on the site.
7. Governing law and language
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from the service go to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. The English text on this page is the governing version of these terms. The Traditional Chinese text below is a translation provided for convenience; where the two differ, the English governs.

一、服務內容
你在瀏覽器裡提供一段揮桿影片，Pebble Swing 在你的裝置上找出揮桿、抽出關鍵畫面，把這些畫面與量測數據傳送給 AI 模型，產生一份教練報告：各環節評分、節奏、主要問題與練習建議。影片本身永遠不會上傳。
二、報告僅供參考
報告是根據單一鏡頭影片所做的 AI 估計，角度量測可能有正負 5 到 10 度的誤差，距離與球速為推估區間而非雷達實測。報告不是醫療建議，也不能取代具備資格的教練現場指導。依照練習建議進行任何動作時請量力而為；若有身體不適或既有傷勢，請先諮詢醫師或專業教練。Pebble Swing 對依報告內容練習所生的損害，在法律允許的最大範圍內不負賠償責任。
三、帳號
建立帳號需要有效的電子郵件與至少 8 個字元的密碼，帳號供你本人使用，請妥善保管登入資訊。惡意使用服務（例如自動化濫用、嘗試未經授權存取）時，我們得停用相關帳號。
四、購買與分析次數
- 分析包為一次性購買，沒有訂閱、也沒有使用期限。
- 登入狀態下購買，次數記在你的帳號，所有裝置通用；未登入購買，次數綁定購買時的瀏覽器。
- 付款由 Stripe 處理，Pebble Swing 不經手也不儲存你的卡號。
- 分析因伺服器錯誤而失敗時，不會扣除次數。
五、退款政策
完全未使用的分析包，購買後 14 天內可申請全額退款。分析包只要使用過任何一次，即不提供退款或按比例退費。申請退款請寄信至 samueltoyu@gmail.com，附上購買時使用的電子郵件或 Stripe 收據編號，我們會在 7 個工作天內處理。
六、服務變更
我們可能調整功能、價格或暫停服務；已購買未使用的次數不受價格調整影響。條款修改時會更新本頁的生效日期，重大變更會在網站上公告。
七、準據法與準據語言
本條款依中華民國法律解釋，因本服務所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。本頁英文版本為本條款之準據文本，本中文翻譯僅供參考。
