服務條款
SwingIQ 是一個 AI 高爾夫揮桿分析服務。使用本服務即表示你同意以下條款；條款很短，值得讀完。
一、服務內容
你在瀏覽器裡提供一段揮桿影片，SwingIQ 在你的裝置上找出揮桿、抽出關鍵畫面，把這些畫面與量測數據傳送給 AI 模型，產生一份教練報告：各環節評分、節奏、主要問題與練習建議。影片本身永遠不會上傳。
二、報告僅供參考
報告是根據單一鏡頭影片所做的 AI 估計，角度量測可能有正負 5 到 10 度的誤差，距離與球速為推估區間而非雷達實測。報告不是醫療建議，也不能取代具備資格的教練現場指導。依照練習建議進行任何動作時請量力而為；若有身體不適或既有傷勢，請先諮詢醫師或專業教練。SwingIQ 對依報告內容練習所生的損害，在法律允許的最大範圍內不負賠償責任。
三、帳號
建立帳號需要有效的電子郵件與至少 8 個字元的密碼，帳號供你本人使用，請妥善保管登入資訊。惡意使用服務（例如自動化濫用、嘗試未經授權存取）時，我們得停用相關帳號。
四、購買與分析次數
- 分析包為一次性購買，沒有訂閱、也沒有使用期限。
- 登入狀態下購買，次數記在你的帳號，所有裝置通用；未登入購買，次數綁定購買時的瀏覽器。
- 付款由 Stripe 處理，SwingIQ 不經手也不儲存你的卡號。
- 分析因伺服器錯誤而失敗時，不會扣除次數。
五、退款政策
完全未使用的分析包，購買後 14 天內可申請全額退款。分析包只要使用過任何一次，即不提供退款或按比例退費。申請退款請寄信至 samueltoyu@gmail.com，附上購買時使用的電子郵件或 Stripe 收據編號，我們會在 7 個工作天內處理。
六、服務變更
我們可能調整功能、價格或暫停服務；已購買未使用的次數不受價格調整影響。條款修改時會更新本頁的生效日期，重大變更會在網站上公告。
七、準據法
本條款依中華民國法律解釋，因本服務所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

The service
SwingIQ produces an AI coaching report from a golf swing video. The video is processed in your browser; only extracted frames and measurements are sent for analysis. The video itself is never uploaded.
Reports are estimates
Single-camera estimates carry roughly ±5–10° of error; speeds and carries are ranges, not radar data. Reports are not medical advice and don't replace a qualified coach. Train within your limits — SwingIQ is not liable, to the extent the law allows, for injuries from practising its suggestions.
Purchases
Packs are one-time purchases with no expiry. Bought signed-in, credits live on your account; bought signed-out, they live in that browser. Stripe handles all payments; failed analyses are not charged.
Refunds
Entirely unused packs are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once any analysis from a pack is used, it is non-refundable. Email samueltoyu@gmail.com with your purchase email or Stripe receipt number.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); disputes go to the Taipei District Court.
